The Redhead Project has gone viral! We recently had the honor of being interviewed by NBC Charlotte about The Redhead Project. As big thank you to Andie Judson, digital producer at WCNC-TV in Charlotte, for stopping by the studio to interview and video us during the photo shoot.
The video (link below) has been viewed on WCNC-TV’s Facebook page over 847,000 times and was picked up by NBC, ABC and CBS affiliate stations around the country.
Once again we were honored to be part of this year’s Puppy Bowl XIV presented by Animal Planet. During the three days of shooting we photographed 92 puppies, a few ducks, three pigs, a sloth, and one piano playing chicken. Below are some of the stars of this year’s competition. Here are the Starting Lineups. Watch all the fun on Animal Planet Sunday, February 4 starting at 3pm.
Calling all Redheads!! August 19-20 The Redhead Project will be in Chicago.
For info on how to participate email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Redhead Project is an ongoing series of portraits of natural redheads.
Each photo shoot is a collaborative process between photographer and subject, resulting in portraits that reflect the subject’s personality and style.
Once again this year I had the pleasure of working with Animal Planet to take the official puppy portraits for this year’s Puppy Bowl XII. The photo shoot itself is a sport— an exuberant Olympic games in its own right.
Here are some unofficial “game” day stats: 11 hours, 80 puppies, 4080 images and innumerable instances of human cajoling involving silly faces, shrill noises and squeaky toys.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Atlanta advertising agency Aumcore on a QSpex billboard and transit ad campaign. One day of scouting, three days shooting and a lot of walking. It was a great way to see the city. Many thanks to Antonio Casas (creative director) and Bidisha Mishra (producer) for a wonderful shoot.
