Taking Stock

I have been spending much of my time over the last two weeks shooting for my stock archive.  The light this time of year is absolutely fantastic, so I want to take every change I get to shoot.  Keeping busy shooting is nice, but it’s also nice to get calls from clients who want to see what I’ve recently been up to.  I send images to several stock houses and one art consultant who works with a variety of hotels, designers, and architects.  The consultant recently called and asked if I had any architecture images that were design oriented.  Good thing I’m always shooting.  They wanted single horizontal images or groups of three verticals.  Finished size is to be at least 6 ft wide.  Here are some examples of what I presented to them.

World Trade Center Office Tower - Lower Manhattan
The Woolworth Building - Lower Manhattan
Bryant Park - New York City

At the Pool

Had a recent photo shoot incorporating a pool, some good food and wine and “relaxation”.  At least some relaxation for those involved.  I’m kind of an antsy person so was completely comfortable moving around most of the time.   The project was to show how we incorporate a backyard pool into our everyday lives.   I had a lot of fun looking for design elements and interesting angles.
Here are some out-takes (more to come in a few days):
